Waymo unveiled its AI-based autonomous driving simulation technology, the Waymo World Model, using Google DeepMind\'s Genie 3 to build ultra-realistic virtual environments. Waymo said it can generate rare scenarios and create high-precision 3D environments to improve safety, while criticising Tesla\'s camera-centred approach.
