Anthropic seeks to set up AI consulting joint venture with Blackstone, Goldman Sachs and others
Anthropic is seeking to establish a joint venture with Wall Street firms including Blackstone and Goldman Sachs to sell AI tools to private equity investment firms, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday. People familiar with the matter expect an announcement as early as Sunday. Anthropic, Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman would each invest about $300 million, while Goldman Sachs would put in about $150 million as a founding investor.
