Binance XRP liquidity hits lowest in five years, volatility may rise

XRP liquidity on Binance has fallen to its lowest level since January 2020, with the 30-day liquidity index slipping to about 0.043. The decline suggests thinner market depth, making prices more sensitive to large orders, CryptoQuant said. Binance XRP reserves also fell to about 2.7 billion tokens from about 3.0 billion when prices were above $3. The market is also watching wallet activity linked to Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen.
