ITCEN ENTEC signs supply deal with GJTEC for accountability structure management system in finance sector
ITCEN ENTEC said on Tuesday it had signed a supply contract with financial IT firm GJTEC for an accountability structure management solution. The deal follows a letter of agreement the two companies signed in November 2025. ITCEN ENTEC will provide its in-house solution to about 400 of GJTEC’s financial clients as a subscription-based SaaS service. The system supports compliance checks for executives’ internal control obligations required under a law on financial company governance.
