Women with night-owl pattern eat more late-night snacks and have higher body fat - study
A study found that women who stay awake late, described as having a night-owl pattern, were linked to higher body fat and metabolic indicators. The research, published in Frontiers, analysed data from 287 New Zealand women of European and Pacific ethnicity aged 18 to 45. Evening-type participants consumed more late-night food and had higher BMI and fat measures. Blood markers such as glucose and triglycerides were also higher, though generalisation is limited.

NCSoft still undervalued despite earnings rebound; spotlight on Aion2 global launch
NCSoft is expected to extend earnings improvement in the second quarter on the back of Lineage Classic’s strong performance, wider direct payments and consolidation of JustPlay, analysts say. NCSoft posted a clear earnings rebound after achieving its biggest-ever first-quarter PC sales. The company said it will pursue continued quarter-by-quarter growth based on three pillars: expanding legacy intellectual property, globally launching new IP and ramping up mobile casual. Co-CEO Byung-moo Park said he was confident revenue and operating profit will keep rising quarter on quarter and year on year.
