OpenAI, Anthropic step up hiring from Salesforce as enterprise software talent war intensifies
OpenAI and Anthropic are hiring key talent from the enterprise software industry, including alumni of Salesforce, as AI competition spreads from products to the labour market. OpenAI has recruited executives and staff focused on enterprise sales and customer support, and is also hiring Palantir’s forward-deployed engineers. OpenAI said enterprise customers could account for up to 40 percent of its business and may rise to 50 percent by year-end.

AI developers deepen ties with consultancies as Mistral AI teams up with Accenture
As criticism grows that companies are not seeing the expected benefits from adopting AI, AI firms are pursuing new strategies to spread their technology by working with consultancies. France\'s Mistral AI has signed a multi-year contract with Accenture to develop enterprise AI using Mistral models and provide it to clients. Details were not disclosed, but Accenture will also apply the technology to its employees.

BCG, OpenAI form Frontier Alliance partnership to support enterprise AI transformation
Boston Consulting Group and OpenAI said on Feb. 24 they signed a Frontier Alliance partnership to support companies pursuing enterprise-wide AI transformation. The partnership combines BCG’s industry, functional and technology consulting expertise with OpenAI’s AI research and product capabilities. The two will run integrated end-to-end teams covering AI strategy, operating model redesign and industry-specific workflow optimisation. They said many firms struggle due to mixed AI tools, complex integration and weak governance.
