ElevenLabs expands ElevenAgents channels, adds support for SMS, Telegram
ElevenLabs said on Thursday it has expanded the supported channels for its enterprise AI agent platform, ElevenAgents. The update enables the platform to respond via SMS and Telegram and to handle tickets in Intercom and Freshdesk. The new channels will be managed in an updated channel dashboard alongside existing support for phone, web, Zendesk, Slack and WhatsApp. Some integrations are offered in alpha.
