Ripple teams up with Aviva Investors to pursue XRP Ledger-based tokenised fund

Ripple is working with Aviva Investors, Aviva’s global asset management arm, to explore tokenising a traditional fund structure on the XRP Ledger, The Block reported on Feb. 11. It is Ripple’s first partnership with a European investment manager. Aviva Investors plans to issue and manage a tokenised fund using XRPL. Ripple also recently added decentralised exchange Hyperliquid to its prime brokerage platform to expand DeFi integration.

Ripple says it has no IPO plans and has ample funding

Ripple has reiterated it has no plans for an initial public offering, The Block reported. President Monica Long told Bloomberg the company will remain private, saying it does not need public markets for funding or liquidity because it is financially healthy. Long said the latest funding terms were favorable but declined to discuss details. Ripple has completed four acquisitions in 2025 as it accelerates its shift toward enterprise digital-asset infrastructure.
