Trump launches \'Super Intelligence Force\' with DNI director Clayton as chair
U.S. President Donald Trump has launched a Super Intelligence Force to oversee artificial intelligence policy, with Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton as chair. Trump said the group will coordinate federal government efforts so the United States keeps leading in super intelligence and will protect Americans’ interests and improve lives. The panel is to report within 120 days on AI risks and opportunities and draft a plan addressing social threats from super intelligence.

Anthropic warns it could face lawsuits over AI agent actions ahead of IPO
Anthropic has warned investors it could face lawsuits from customers and users over the actions of its AI agents, SecurityWeek reported. A prospectus reviewed by Reuters said the company flagged risks that errors, alignment failures or security attacks could lead to real-world harm, including irreversible actions such as data deletion and financial transactions. Anthropic also said liability limits in contracts may not hold and legal treatment of agents remains unclear.

Salesforce unveils next-generation contact centre solution enabling AI-agent collaboration
Salesforce on March 12 unveiled Agentforce Contact Center, a next-generation contact centre as a service solution that connects voice and digital channels, customer relationship management data and AI agents on one platform. It said many contact centres still operate with separated data, channels and AI systems, limiting results. The platform lets AI handle repetitive queries and passes complex cases to agents with full context. Savant Systems and Ferguson have adopted it.
