Extreme Networks launches \'Agent One Coworker\' AI for network operations
Extreme Networks has formally launched its network-operations AI service, \'Agent One Coworker,\' to all Platform One customers. The service is included in existing subscriptions and is available to customers worldwide. It is designed to detect and alert operators to anomalies first, rather than waiting for chatbot queries. The company said it reflected 18 months of operating data from its first-generation generative AI on Platform One in the design.
