SKT holds first 2026 Customer Trust Committee meeting, sets up subcommittees
SK Telecom said on Tuesday it held its first regular meeting of 2026 with its Customer Trust Committee at its Euljiro T Tower. The committee, set up last May after a USIM hacking incident, discussed efforts to restore trust. SKT plans to establish 4 specialist subcommittees and expand the role of its 100-member customer advisory group. The company and committee also plan to work as “one team” to strengthen execution.
