ESTsoft expands Perso Interactive AI avatar in public sector
ESTsoft said on Oct. 26 it is expanding supply of its real-time interactive AI avatar service, Perso Interactive, in the public sector. It is moving beyond AI kiosks to build customized services that link institutional websites, public data and internal work systems. The company has deployed civil-complaint and guidance services at offices including Gangseo-gu and Nonsan City, and is discussing adoption with Seocho-gu. It is also expanding use in education, libraries and cultural facilities.
