Alibaba triples registered capital at AI chip unit T-Head
Alibaba has increased the registered capital of its semiconductor unit T-Head to 1 billion yuan from 300 million yuan, stepping up investment in AI chips. The move is its first capital increase for T-Head in about three years. Alibaba Cloud starts first France data centre, builds third Europe hub
