Lotte names HR expert Kim Min-su as head of talent development institute
Lotte said on Wednesday it has appointed executive director Kim Min-su as the new head of the Lotte Talent Development Institute. Kim has worked for more than 25 years as an HR specialist consultant and has experience across the full range of HR, including developing key talent. Lotte said the appointment reflects its push to upgrade a job-based HR talent development system and to strengthen employees’ ability to use AI.
