Nexters joins Dubai game industry drive using OneStore distribution network
Nexters said it has joined the Dubai government’s drive to foster the game industry, supporting global distribution and publishing for local developers. The company signed an MOU with the Dubai Media Council to cooperate on areas including game distribution and publishing, in-game economy systems, talent development and investment opportunities. The partnership is linked to DPG33, which aims to place Dubai among the world’s top 10 game industry cities by 2033.
