Ryu Je-myeong attends opening of regional digital education centre
Ryu Je-myeong (류제명), second vice minister at the Ministry of Science and ICT, visited Shinhan Bank’s Gwangju Financial Center on Monday to attend the opening ceremony of a digital finance education centre, “Shinhan Hakijae Gwangju,” and encouraged officials. The centre offers free hands-on digital device experiences and education to prevent financial crime such as voice phishing for digitally excluded groups including seniors. The ministry also runs AI Digital Learning Centres and cooperates with Shinhan Bank.

KTcs says digital education is changing daily life and everyone should use technology
KTcs said on Tuesday it has operated \"Digital Learning Centres\" for six years, helping solve everyday problems through AI-based digital education. The company said it has run the centres since 2020 as an implementing agency for a digital capacity-building project led by the Ministry of Science and ICT, NIA and 16 local governments. It also runs training for students and vulnerable groups, and is strengthening internal AI capabilities.
