NC AI, MBC picked for government AX one-stop voucher media project

NC AI said on Monday it formed a consortium with MBC, NHN Cloud and DataMaker and was selected for a media-sector task under the Ministry of Science and ICT and NIPA-led AI Transformation (AX) One-Stop Voucher program. The project supports firms with integrated vouchers for AI solutions, cloud and data. The consortium plans to build a media ontology and develop a SaaS platform supporting post-production, including AI editing, multilingual dubbing and audio description.

Fortytwo Maru partners with Army Logistics Command on defence AX

Agentic AI startup Fortytwo Maru said on Thursday it will work with the Army Logistics Command on an artificial intelligence transformation, or AX, in defence logistics. It said it signed a multi-party memorandum of understanding in Daejeon with the command, the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses, the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information and DataMaker. The cooperation includes developing a logistics-focused generative AI system and supporting long-term operations and upgrades.
