Supreme Court upholds 5.8 billion won damages award in Dark and Darker trade secrets case
South Korea\'s Supreme Court has finalised a copyright and trade secrets dispute between Nexon and Ironmace over the game Dark and Darker by dismissing appeals from both sides and upholding a lower court ruling. The court confirmed trade secrets infringement involving materials from Nexon\'s P3 project but rejected copyright infringement claims and a request to ban the service. It upheld damages of 5.8 billion won and noted a separate criminal trial is continuing.

Ironmace revamps \'Dark and Darker\' director structure, CEO Choi Joo-hyun to focus on new title
Ironmace said it disclosed development of a new project, future plans and the status of \'Dark and Darker\' during a user livestream held on March 13. The company will revamp its operating structure, with CEO Choi Joo-hyun moving to an executive producer role to set long-term direction and start new game development. \'Dark and Darker\' development and operations will be led by Park Seung-ha and CTO Paul under a main and co-director system.
