SK hynix completes development of 1c LPDDR6, to supply in second half
SK hynix said on Monday it has succeeded in developing LPDDR6 DRAM using its 10-nanometre-class sixth-generation 1c process and has developed a 16-gigabit LPDDR6 chip. The product targets mobile devices with on-device AI. The company said speed is 33 percent higher than LPDDR5X and power consumption is cut by more than 20 percent. It plans to begin supply in the second half after completing production preparations in the first half.
