MyRealTrip AICX wins ISO 27001 certification, steps up B2B push
AICX, a customer experience-focused unit of travel super app MyRealTrip, has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its chatbot and callbot automation platform, it said on Aug. 26. The standard verifies strengthened information-security requirements suited to modern IT environments, including cloud security and data loss prevention. AICX said the certification allows it to respond to client security requirements in its B2B business with standard proof.
