PayPal to buy fintech startup Cymbio to boost AI commerce expansion
PayPal will acquire Tel Aviv-based fintech startup Cymbio, FinTech Futures reported on Jan. 26. The deal value was not disclosed and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. Founded in 2015, Cymbio operates a multi-channel orchestration platform that automates product sales across online marketplaces, retail and social commerce channels. It also automates inventory management, order processing, billing and settlement, the company said.
