Vertiv to expand heat dissipation technology with ThermoKey acquisition
Vertiv plans to acquire ThermoKey, a specialist in heat exchange and heat dissipation technology, Techzine reported on Sunday. The deal is part of Vertiv\'s strategy to build an end-to-end thermal management portfolio for AI infrastructure. ThermoKey provides dry coolers, microchannel heat exchangers, air-cooled condensers and liquid cooling systems, and supports compatibility with environmentally friendly refrigerants.
