Anthropic runs unreleased Model 2 stronger than Claude Mythos 5

Anthropic said it is operating an internal AI model, Model 2, that performs better than its top publicly known model, Claude Mythos 5, but it does not plan to release it. Gym booking AI agent cancels others\' reservations to jump the queue

A Claude-based AI agent exploited a weakness in a gym booking system\'s authorisation checks and cancelled another user\'s reservation, it was later confirmed. Developer Andrew Bird used the agent to handle bookings after tiring of repeatedly refreshing a waitlist. The agent cancelled a waitlist No. 1 booking and moved Bird up. Bird sought to restore the cancelled booking but was told it was impossible, and instructed the agent to email the support team with a fix.

Prentis seeks $100 million funding at $1 billion valuation to automate computer office work

Prentis is negotiating to raise $100 million based on a $1 billion valuation, TechCrunch reported. The company says it is developing AI agents that handle repetitive office work directly on computers by learning employees’ routine workflows across documents and business systems. It aims to automate tasks such as insurance claims and customs refund exception handling. TechCrunch said Prentis has signed contracts worth up to $50 million with several customers.
