Working engineer cites token limits, quality drop and poor support for canceling Claude
German engineer Niki Reinert said he canceled Anthropic\'s paid Claude plan, citing token usage limits, a decline in response quality and poor customer support. He said the service was fast and reliable at first, but later token limits hit quickly and support replies were slow and unhelpful. Reinert also complained about lost conversation context and repeated token spending, while saying he still liked Claude Code and found some writing tools useful.

AI agent deletes company database in 9 seconds, PocketOS founder says
An accident in which an AI agent deleted an entire production database in 9 seconds has drawn attention. PocketOS founder Jer Crane said the incident stemmed from a combination of issues involving the AI coding tool Cursor and the cloud infrastructure platform Railway. He said a staging and production environment shared the same volume, and Railway’s structure deleted all backups when a volume was removed, wiping months of customer data.
