Kakao Mobility completes sixth AI Junior Lab, shifts to physical AI hands-on training
Kakao Mobility has completed the sixth cohort of its social contribution program for middle school students after shifting it to AI practice-focused training. Co-run with the social welfare foundation Children and Future Foundation, the program was renamed AI Junior Lab and its curriculum was reorganised around AI. The programme expanded recruitment to middle school students nationwide and increased participation to 50 students.

KakaoBank runs donation campaign using fairy tale books made with youth preparing for independence
KakaoBank said on Monday it is running a donation campaign using fairy tale books produced with direct participation from youth preparing for independence. The books were created by 20 participants in last year’s programme, which combines financial education, consulting and creative projects. KakaoBank opened a fundraising campaign on KakaoTogether to support education costs and living-stability funds, with a target of 10 million won through May 19.

Kakao Mobility expands coding camp eligibility to mobility workers\' families
Kakao Mobility is expanding eligibility for its free coding camp for families of mobility workers, starting with the sixth session. The Junior Lab programme, run with the Children and Future Foundation, previously focused on taxi drivers’ families. The fifth session, held in late January at Kakao AI Campus in Yongin, involved 30 students and included coding lessons, team activities and mentoring. Kakao Mobility said it will broaden recruitment to include families of substitute drivers and quick delivery workers.
