AgileSoda completes automated product information management system for Shinhan Life
AgileSoda said on Thursday it completed an automation project for Shinhan Life’s product information management system, a platform that consolidates insurance product structures, attributes and rules. The company used its generative document processing solution, ETL with LLM, along with models in a closed network and agentic workflows to extract and automatically input information from documents such as business method statements and sales rules. The system has operated officially since December.
