SKB uses AI agents to manage network quality, boosts AX push
SK Broadband said on Tuesday it is applying an in-house platform that allows employees to create artificial intelligence agents to network quality management. Built in February with its network unit and AT·DT Center, the platform automates development setup so work can start in five minutes. Linked to a location-based data analysis system, it uses network and customer-experience data. It supports about 600 AI apps and about 30 AI agents, including the C-One monitoring and diagnostics agent.
