Revamped Budget Phone Square Plus strengthens role as offline hub
Budget Phone Square Plus, an offline space for understanding and experiencing MVNO services, has reopened with upgraded facilities near Seodaemun Station in Seoul. Backed by KB Kookmin Bank and operated by the Korea MVNO Association, it offers plan comparisons, sign-ups and administrative support, as well as a cafe-style rest area. The association plans to open a meeting room via online reservations. The MVNO industry is also watching higher spectrum usage fees as exemptions are phased out.
