Airbnb CEO says no AI yet fit for e-commerce, points to four chatbot problems
Airbnb disclosed its AI use on its first-quarter earnings conference call, saying 60 percent of code written by engineers is generated by AI. CEO Brian Chesky said AI bots handle 40 percent of customer support inquiries without connecting to human agents, up from 33 percent earlier this year.
