Fully remote workers report higher job satisfaction than hybrid and office-based staff, study shows
Fully remote workers report higher job satisfaction than hybrid staff and those working fully in the office, a study found. Researchers analysed 7,704 employees at a medical institution and measured satisfaction, workplace connection and turnover. Fully remote staff had the highest average satisfaction score, followed by hybrid and fully in-office employees. Differences in workplace connection and actual turnover rates a year later were small and not statistically significant. Higher satisfaction was linked to lower turnover risk.

Tesla profitability worsens, merger with SpaceX more likely
Tesla has dropped its 2026 mass-production plans for the Cybercab, Tesla Semi and Megapack 3 and removed wording on Optimus mass production from its second-quarter shareholder letter. It said it is pushing to expand battery production, especially 4680 cells, to mass-produce the Cybercab and Semi. Hyundai Motor design patent for \'Boulder\' off-road SUV revealed in India
A design patent for Hyundai Motor\'s off-road sport utility vehicle has been revealed, drawing attention to the possibility of an electric SUV launch. The patent, disclosed via India\'s patent office, closely resembles the Boulder concept shown this year at the New York auto show. Some elements were changed for production feasibility, including a mostly closed grille and slimmer LED headlamps. Hyundai has not disclosed production plans or powertrain details.
