Tencent Cloud expands cooperation with global fandom platform BloomingTalk
Tencent Cloud said on Feb. 10 it upgraded BloomingTalk’s global messaging infrastructure based on its instant messaging chat solution, creating an environment where artists and fans can communicate in real time without delays regardless of region. BloomingTalk adopted Tencent Cloud Chat as the core infrastructure of its messaging system to meet global fan needs and focus on experience-led innovation. It also supports 24-hour communication through BloomingTalk Artist AI and implemented an AI voice call function.
