BitMine boosts Ethereum holdings to more than 5.95 million, eyes over $300 million a year
U.S.-listed BitMine Immersion Technologies has increased its Ethereum holdings to more than 5.95 million tokens and expects annual income of about $334 million at current yields by staking roughly 85% of the holdings. The company said it bought 27,180 ETH last week, taking the total to 5,956,378 ETH, valued at about $15.0 billion. It also operates its institutional staking platform MAVAN and reported $45.7 million in staking and validation revenue last quarter.

BitMine Immersion Technologies bought an additional 28,086 ether, taking its holdings to 4.9 percent of total Ethereum supply. Fundstrat co-founder Tom Lee said Ethereum could outperform Bitcoin in coming years, citing growth in real-world asset tokenisation and agentic AI use cases. BitMine said most of its ether is staked and projected annual staking income based on a 2.61 percent annualised yield. Ethereum and BitMine shares fell in recent trading.
