Bithumb customer service handles 10.48 million consultations in 2025, keeps response rate at 98 percent
Crypto exchange Bithumb said on Jan. 7 its customer service centre handled 10.48 million consultations in 2025, keeping an average response rate of 98.0 percent. It operates 24-hour support 365 days a year via phone, chat and message boards, and offers real-time help for urgent issues. Bithumb also runs a walk-in customer service desk in Seoul’s Gangnam district that receives about 100 visitors a day.
