Binance makes 198 service improvements in first half, incorporating 2,354 user feedback items
Binance said it made 198 functional improvements across 47 service areas in the first half of the year based on user feedback. It said it received 2,354 feedback items from users worldwide from January to June and revamped services and features. Key areas included P2P, Binance Chat, Binance Wallet, account experience and navigation. It also outlined expansions of Binance Pay and Binance Card and reported handling 36,235 law enforcement requests in the first half.
