Wemade unveils Stablenet with single-coin gas fees, 3,000 TPS and 1-second finality
Wemade has unveiled technical specifications for its in-house layer-1 mainnet, Stablenet, saying it aims to address complex blockchain user experience, gas-fee burdens and privacy issues. The company said Stablenet uses a WBFT consensus algorithm based on Hyperledger Besu to deliver 3,000 transactions per second and 1-second block finality. It also introduced a native stablecoin used for fees, emergency controls, and a transfer-server-based “secret account” model, with a dedicated wallet due in February.
