Bepple aims to digitise paper-based casting process, push into global market
Entertech startup Bepple says it wants to turn an analogue, paper-heavy casting process into a digital system through its platform Castic. Co-CEOs Lee Chang-seon (이창선) and Jeong Eo-jin (정어진) said the service automates steps from applicant management to audition scheduling and adds AI features such as profile completion and natural-language matching. The company also uses a 48-hour approval process for casting directors and is planning a U.S. launch after testing in South Korea.
