Woowa Brothers reaches first-ever wage deal, puts delivery platform ecosystem responsibility first
Woowa Brothers, the operator of food delivery app Baemin, said on April 10 it held a signing ceremony the previous day for its 2026 wage and collective agreement, its first such deal since its founding. The agreement defines disruptions such as failures and disasters that can affect platform operations and includes cooperation even during labor disputes. The sides also agreed to raise annual pay and welfare points and to pay a 200,000 won Baemin gift certificate.
