AI adoption booms at companies, but only 16 percent succeed in workplace transformation
A survey found that while companies are adopting AI for work, fewer than 20 percent are achieving results strong enough to drive organisation-wide transformation. All respondent companies said they use AI, but only 16 percent reported innovative outcomes. The survey of 250 executives across four regions showed 40 percent saw mid-level improvements in specific tasks or departments, while 23 percent reported little or no return on investment.
