Tesla FSD Europe-wide approval vote delayed again as EU ballot pushed to December from October
A vote on expanding approval for Tesla’s supervised Full Self-Driving (FSD) in Europe has been delayed until at least December, after the EU excluded the item from its Oct. 6 TCMV meeting agenda. The draft agenda shows only further discussion of a Dutch request under Article 39. Approval requires a qualified majority among member states and population thresholds. Several countries have raised objections over speeding features and safety concerns.
