SUSE may be up for sale again as EQT sounds out potential $6 billion deal
Private equity firm EQT is reviewing a possible sale of Linux and cloud software company SUSE. Reuters reported on March 10 that SUSE could be valued at up to $6 billion, or more than 5 billion euros, if a deal is reached. Talks are still at an early stage. EQT has hired investment bank Arma Partners to explore options. SUSE is estimated to generate about $800 million in annual revenue and more than $250 million in EBITDA.
