The company said the network supports domestic financial institutions, payment gateway companies and commerce platforms in running stablecoin proof-of-concept projects faster and more safely with regulatory considerations. It features a network optimized for stablecoin workloads, customizable policy and permission settings, and compliance functions. Ark Rail offers a fee model for small-value payments and settlement and supports a sponsorship model covering gas fees.
