GSR to buy Architech and Autonomous for $57 million to expand token management business
GSR is acquiring Architech and Autonomous for $57 million to step up its token management business, The Block reported on March 17. GSR said the deal will strengthen its token advisory and lifecycle management capabilities. Autonomous will keep its brand under GSR and serve as a platform for token launches, finance and operations. Architech will be used to bolster GSR’s digital asset advisory business.
