Berachain restructures retail marketing team, shifts focus to core development
Berachain Foundation said in its 2025 year-end report that its retail-focused marketing strategy was inefficient and that it has wound down most of the related team. It said lead developer Alberto will take part in launching a Web2 startup after leaving the project. The foundation described the move as a strategic reorganisation reflecting limits of retail strategies across the crypto industry since late 2024, and said staff transitions ended amicably. It added it has shifted resources to core development.
