Six Samsung affiliates to invest $1 billion in U.S. AI infrastructure startup Helix
Samsung Electronics and five other Samsung affiliates will invest a total of $1 billion in U.S. AI infrastructure company Helix Digital Infrastructure, they said on Monday. Helix, launched in June 2026, provides integrated AI infrastructure including hyperscale data centre development and operations, power generation, transmission and distribution infrastructure, and optical communications and network infrastructure. Former Amazon Web Services CEO Adam Selipsky leads the company.
