LG Innotek hosts Inno Connect in Los Angeles to recruit physical AI talent

LG Innotek is stepping up overseas recruiting to strengthen future business competitiveness. The company said it recently held its overseas hiring event, Inno Connect, at the InterContinental hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The event invited talent from leading U.S. universities to introduce the company’s vision and technology leadership. Hoskinson says U.S. Senator Warren wants outright ban on cryptocurrencies

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson criticised U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, saying she wants to ban all cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. The remarks came as the U.S. Congress remains divided over the Clarity bill and a framework for supervising digital assets. Warren has said she supports regulating the sector but argues the bill favours industry interests over consumer protection and fails to address corruption, national security risks and other concerns.

Wemix dollar authority takeover caused by proxy contract initialize flaw

Wemix Team said it identified a proxy-structure smart contract initialize-function flaw as the cause of a July 26 takeover of administrative rights over two Wemix dollar-related contracts. The attacker changed administrator addresses, obtained minting and swap permissions and minted 5,225,524.9997 WEMIX$ through repeated flash loans and swaps. Confirmed losses transferred externally were 723,244.4936 USDC.e and 34,752.3199 WEMIX. Services are to resume sequentially.
