MyRealTrip unit AICX expands into B2B customer support and service operations
AICX, a customer experience subsidiary handling consulting and operations for MyRealTrip, said on Feb. 10 it will expand into a B2B business providing outsourced customer support and service operations for external companies. The company said its service designs processes tailored to each client’s structure and environment, using a hybrid model combining an AI-based agent and professional operations staff. It said internal operations have automated 70 percent of inquiries and achieved more than 50 percent efficiency gains.
