Miso Information Technology builds intelligent manufacturing platform on CMTX semiconductor production line
Miso Information Technology said on Sunday it has completed the deployment of its AI vision inspection-based intelligent manufacturing platform, DAXI, at CMTX’s manufacturing process for semiconductor process materials and components. The project converted a manual, visual inspection system into an AI-based automated decision system, focusing on improving inspection accuracy and inference speed per image. The company designed and developed the full inspection pipeline, using a human-in-the-loop structure.
