UK jobseekers drop out as improvements to AI interview process lag
More UK companies are using AI interviews in hiring, but jobseekers are pushing back over limited advance notice and unclear evaluation standards. A survey of about 3,000 UK jobseekers by Greenhouse found 47 percent had experienced an AI interview. It showed 82 percent were not clearly informed in advance that AI would assess them, and 30 percent had quit a hiring process because it included an AI interview.
