Pinda launches AI residency hiring
Fintech firm Pinda said on Jan. 27 it will recruit for an AI residency student track called AI AGENT to secure practical AI talent. The programme targets undergraduate and master’s students and focuses on automating and redesigning real-world tasks in the finance and fintech domain, rather than research-based training. It runs for four months, comprising a five-week residency and a three-month internship, and includes screening and technical interviews.
