Lounge X steps up AI agent-based retail solution strategy
Retail technology company Lounge X said on Tuesday it is formally adopting an AI-driven retail strategy and will start pilot operations this year. The strategy centers on AI agent-based robot solutions that analyze store conditions in real time and provide tailored discounts, coupons and service responses. The company said it built a system combining in-store sensors, POS and inventory data, and customer flow analysis, and established three specialized AI agents to manage orders, production and overall store operations.
